Really enjoyed a 2 night stay here - perfect location, great quality and choice of food

Beautiful hotel and spa. Excellent location

Nothing - only slightly negative comment would be that at times the drain in the shower was a bit smelly- not a continuous problem though

Very Good

Location is easily accessable with public transport, view is very beautiful. Good selection of food at breakfast and dinner. Staff was friendly and quick to resolve issues we had with the room.

Plates and glasses have really seen better days. Some of the dishes were also a bit dirty, so would suggest to be careful before choosing a plate.

Hotel with plenty of room for improvement

Room, pool area, spacious parking with free spots, very kind f&b staff, cool app for online requests, nice balcony.

Front desk: Extremely rude night receptionist...upon check-in he greeted us with a loud sigh, clearly bothered by our presence, this was the worst welcome "experience"ever. Breakfast service: Very dirty dishes, cutlery with food residue, almost EVERY item was horribly dirty and disgusting. Room:lack of amenities like vanity kit, shampoo, slippers, dirty showerheads, bad wifi connection, poor soundproofing, dirty blankets, broken safe box. Housekeeping: Loud staff in the morning, one day a housekeeper entered our room immediately after a single knock on the door and impatiently asked if we needed room cleaning. Imagine a situation, where you are having an intimate time with your wife and someone interrupts your activity.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

unsatisfactory! I rarely write bad recessions

Tha location, beach front, there is a spa and 3 swimming pools.

we were with the old part in an apartment that was not at the level of the hotel. there were no mosquito nets, and in this period there were many. a rusty refrigerator. there is a fridge but no minibar. unpleasant bathroom. the beds were terrible. our flight was late and we were at the hotel around 1pm and when there is no minibar and everything is closed there was nowhere to get anything to drink. the restaurant was like a canteen. And I didn't like the food

Lovely stay but not for families with active kids

The staff were very good, very polite and helpfull all the time. The food was very good, great variety of meals especially at dinners. The hotel is very near to a beautiful beach. Also there were one heated pool outdoors, which was lovely for the children.

There were very few activities for the kids, so I would recommend this hotel for the couples, for elderly people (the majority of guests in this hotel were elderly people, of course it was not a problem at all). Also the breakfast was always the same. And at all our staying we couldnt get an iron, because the hotel probably jad only the one iron :D so it was impossible to get it.

Nice hotel but it’s not 4 stars

Close to the beautiful beach (although it was not exclusive to the hotel guests), nice pool, tasty food, friendly staff.

Although the room was very tidy, main areas were not always that clean. Bathroom doors inside the room were made of glass and they were, let’s say symbolic (absolutely not soundproof). Although there is parking next to the hotel, it is also used by other people who come to the beach, so it is difficult to find a spot during the day. I liked the hotel but I would give it 3 stars instead of 4.

Staff, room, spa although no changing room.

Outside pool open, anyone could access. Our bag was stolen so people reed to be extra aware when lying at pool.. basic utensils no corkscrew.

Didn’t hate it but didn’t loved it either

The hotel is located directly by the sea. The receptionists have been very welcoming and kind. The room was cleaned properly and over all the hotel felt clean.

The room was quite modern, but the rest of the hotel seemed to be a little outdated (hall, lobby, restaurant, tiny spa, pool/beach area). Breakfast was not very good with some standard and not many healthy options and the staff there was not unkind, but also not very warm or welcoming either. The airconditioning in our room was broken and the shower changed from extremely hot to cold by itself. Also the locker had to be paid for. The beach front area could have been organized better. There were only a few beach umbrellas for many guests and the beds were piled up during sunny days for guests to take themselves. Why not make it a little more welcoming? In all honesty, we expected a little more service from this 4* hotel. There are better options in the area for the same price.

Such a pleasant surprise!

The cleaniliness was absolutely impressive! Bathrooms - big and comfortable indeed! Balconies are so nice - although not equal view for all of us. :) I was surprised that the room was so quiet. Car park - although opened for the public, was very convenient. Thank you for the lovely Holiday!

1) Dear Hotel Management, please, please, PLEASE - install either a coffee machine in the lobby or provide coffeee in the rooms. It is really not acceptable such a hotel not to provide such an essencial service for their guests, except during the breakfast at 8 am, and you have to pay 12 euro no matter that you need only one coffee. 2) Not a great animation. 3) The hotel is opened, not closed, so no cozy feeling and a bit of an issue security wise.
